I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Richard. After investing in sod, we were so discouraged that our grass was both dying and being taken over by weeds, even after doing everything the landscaper had prescribed. We tried multiple lawn treatment services, all of which had us spend more money on various treatments that only made things worse. When I finally reached out to Richard, we were ready to throw in the towel, as our lawn had turned into a money pit. Richard tested our soil and figured out the root cause of the issues. He then walked us through the treatments he recommended and why he thought each one would help. He truly worked magic on our lawn and we can't believe it's the same yard that we had before finding him. Richard is thoughtful, very knowledgeable and affordable in his approach and we are so grateful for his help! ~ Maggie B

Was getting quotes and most firms won’t even come out to property. Discovered all the software they use shows my property as the one next door (larger property). Filled out Lawn Doctor info and a HUMAN called me back. Confirmed mapping issue but also agreed to come out. Richard is SUPER-he really had the homeowner’s best interest in mind. He had spoken with me, educating and making actually helpful suggestions. First visit he went above and beyond to start whipping my lawn back into shape…. This time last year, my there were more weeds than grass in my lawn. This year, the weeds didn't come back! This is a great affordable service. I wanted to maintain a nice lawn but I didn't want to have to obsess over it and and become a lawn expert to ensure that I'm giving it all the right treatments at the right time of year. Richard takes care of all that. He comes by for lawn treatments 5 or 6 times a year, texts me in advance and then afterwards with follow-up instructions. Richard is a consummate professional—prompt and thorough in communication, and takes pride in what he does. Our home neighbors community green space that doesn’t do weed control/maintenance, so it naturally creeped over to our yard.
